Taken directly from GP Federation’s fb page – Yesterday some of the Social Prescribing Link Worker team took time out from a very busy and stressful month to look after their own mental health. They were invited to join Husky Adventures UK on a beautiful trek round Walker Fold, part of the Woodland Trust – Smithills Estate It was magical!! And a much-needed reprieve before some of us then were out delivering food parcels today.
